III.&= nbsp;      NEW MEMBER --   Marine Ken= neth Grohman petitioned for membership in the Detachment, and on a motion duly made, properly seconded= , and unanimously carried Marine Grohman is accepted as members of the Detachment= .

 

IV.&n= bsp;      MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING – RE= SOLVED; that the minutes of the December 28, 2006 meeting were approved without changes.

Detachment Activities –

 

MCL Bike Run and Hog Roast – Marine Crousore presented further details regarding the planned BIKE RUN and HOG ROAST. On a motion duly made, properly secon= ded, and unanimously approved $500.00 is allocated for preparation of the event.=

 

Iwo Jima Observance – On February 1= 7th Detachment members will participate in rose sales at four locations; Fred S= cott will coordinate. Approval will be arranged at Marsh by Jean Lushin, Kroger = by Hod Peabody, Lincoln Squar= e by Spencer Hayes, and Maple Crest by Fred Scott. A show of hands indicates a sufficient number of members are availa= ble to accomplish the mission.
