Marine Corps League
The mission of the Marine Corps League is to promote the interest and to preserve traditions of the United States Marine Corps; strengthen the fraternity of Marines and their families; serve Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and FMF Chaplains who wear or who have worn the Eagle, Globe and Anchor; and foster the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism.
Marine Corps League – Department of Indiana
Members of the Marine Corps League join together in camaraderie and fellowship for the purpose of preserving the traditions and promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps, banding together those who are now serving in the United States Marine Corps and those who have been honorably discharged from that service that they may effectively promote the ideals of American freedom and democracy, voluntarily aiding and rendering assistance to all Marines, current / former FMF Corpsmen and current / former FMF Navy Chaplains and to their widows and orphans; and to perpetuate the history of the United States Marine Corps and by fitting acts to observe the anniversaries of historical occasions of particular interest to Marines.
Marine Foundation of Indiana, Inc.
The Marine Foundation of Indiana is a non-profit organization that seeks to enhance the lives and provide support for Marines and their Family Members. The foundation will raise community awareness and efforts to provide financial assistance and moral support at home, during activation and/or deployments of Marines. The foundation will work with other veteran and non-profit organizations to support the Marine Family.

Marine Corps League – Tripoli Detachement #844
The Tripoli Detachment was formed starting in January 1993, and received its Charter in May 1993. Meetings are held the second and forth Thursday of each month at 1830 hours (6:30) in Marion, Indiana at the Amvets Post #5. Membership is open to all Marines and FMF Corpsman that wear the FMF device. At the present time, our membership total is 44 regular members and two associate members.
River Cities Detachment – Marine Corps League
We received our Charter from the Marine Corps League on November 10, 2001. We are very proud to be a part of the Marine Corps League and our association with the United States Marine Corps is very evident to all.
Southern Indiana Leathernecks – Marine Corps League
Incorporated by an act of Congress in 1937, the Marine Corps League perpetuates the traditions and spirit of ALL Marines who proudly wear or who have worn the eagle, globe and anchor of the Corps.
Howlin Mad Detachment – Marine Corps League – Hobart, Indiana
Howlin Mad Detachment, Marine Corps League, honors fallen U.S. service members, from both the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, at a monthly ceremony* it leads with other local veterans organizations.
Howard County Veterans Memorial Corporation
In 1997, Vietnam Veteran Roger Roe had a dream. A dream of a memorial dedicated to all Howard County Veterans. His dream became a reality in 1998 with the help of his friends from UAW Local 292. In partnership with local government and business leaders the Howard County Veterans Memorial Corporation (HCVMC) was formed in 1999.
